Deliverables

- Digital Strategy
- Social Media Marketing
Based in Dublin, Motorfix offer world-class servicing for cars, vans and lorries to businesses all across Ireland. Previously without a digital presence, the business owners consulted with Kaizen to identify areas of opportunity for their business. During our consultative period we looked at the business processes, sales and marketing opportunities and challenges that we may need to overcome from both internal and external stakeholders. As a business Motorfix focuses on very different customer opportunities. Private customers servicing cars and vans and then Fleet Customers with need for servicing and maintenance across all manner of vehicles: Cars, Vans, Lorries and other HGVs. With this in mind, we were careful not to focus out attention on any one category, but to provide an informative site that directed clients to the most appropriate service offering in the most efficient manner.
Challenge/Opportunity

Process
Following a successful branding project, the Motorfix identity and colour palette was presented to the Kaizen Digital Evolution team. With a strong identity and focus on delivering an engaging and user-friendly digital presence, initially our focus turned to developing the new Motorfix website.
The sitemap for the website was built around the key service areas of the business and unique landing pages were created to support each of these. Keyword research was undertaken to ensure the most relevant search terms were utilised in a search optimised manner.
With a focus on the strategic plan for Motorfix the modularity and scalability of WordPress made it the perfect CMS. Its ease of use was welcomed by the management team.

Website Development
We created a strong, stable and scalable web presence for Motorfix. This new website development presented further opportunity for the business across all areas served. We provided a great opportunity for information presentation and customer engagement online. An area that was lacking in the business. This was further supported by an ongoing social media marketing campaign and email marketing to support the overall business marketing plan.
